Washable RFID Label for Non Metallic Returnable Transport Item Management

SIVA’s Re-Load Pro 4620 is a washable RAIN RFID label designed for application on plastic crates and pallets. These labels feature a strong adhesive, suitable for application on objects with low surface energy.

Returnable plastic containers undergo repeated washing processes and Re-Load Pro 4620 is designed to resist typical washing cycles. The high-performance permanent adhesive ensures that the label is firmly attached and has good bonding on a variety of substrates. The label carries NXP’s best in class UCode 9 chip as a standard with other options available on request.

This IP68 rated label is delivered in reel format and comes with an optional transparent over lamination for enhanced chemical resistance and image durability, this makes them ideal not only for supply chain and logistical applications but also to be used in the healthcare asset tracking applications where it could be exposed to various types of chemicals solutions.
